At the January KVCA meeting, the committee reluctantly decided to increase the price of Kirkstall Matters to £1. Printing costs have risen and we are now using a quality paper which gives a much better reproduction of photographs and clearer text.

 Readers asked for the improvement but we cannot continue to produce the magazine at a loss. We hope that members will support us and pay the increased subscription (from 1st January 2006, £4 for KVCA membership, this includes 3 issues per year, delivered free in Kirkstall). Postal charges have also risen. We ask for a donation of £3, to cover postage & packing, from postal subscribers.
