KIRKSTALL MATTERS

How You Can Help Us

Our aims    The current edition    How to join the KVCA   Home page

Kirkstall Matters is a Community Magazine which is well respected and has been produced since 1978.  Unfortunately we have over dependent upon a very small dedicated  team. The editor has now retired and the future of the magazine is uncertain without new volunteers.

We urgently need volunteers to edit, produce and distribute Kirkstall Matters magazine. Please help us to ensure the survival of this respected and informative community magazine.  If you have keyboard, word processing or desktop publishing skills and a few hours spare time three times a year we would be happy to hear from you. You might possibly be a media student or someone unemployed or retired. No such skills are needed for helping with distribution.

The Kirkstall Valley Community Association also welcomes new members.  The KVCA and Kirkstall Matters are not for profit organisations. Any assistance would be unremunerated but rewarding. If you live in the area we would like to hear from you. You may e-mail us at kirkstallmatters@yahoo.com or see the contact details on the inside cover of Kirkstall Matters.

You can now download a KVCA membership application form from this site.   Simply follow the How to join the KVCA link, at the top of the page. It is in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open and print the document.  If you require this free software simply follow the relevant link on that page.

( The KVCA was known as Kirkstall Village community association until 2006 )
